Search Continues For Missing Woman In Napa

A group planned to meet Wednesday to search for Crystal Lea McCarthy, who has reportedly been missing since Dec. 13.

NAPA, CA — As police reached out to the community for help in locating a woman reported missing from Napa, a group was set to search for signs of her Wednesday.

Crystal Lea McCarthy was last seen in Napa near Lincoln Avenue and Silverado Trail, and her last known possible location was the Napa River Trail between Lincoln Avenue and Trancas Street, according to a flyer the Napa Police Department posted on Facebook.

McCarthy has bright orange hair, stands between 5 feet 5 and 5 feet 6 inches tall, and was last seen wearing a blue hoodie and black pants, according to police.

Police asked anyone who has recently seen McCarthy or has information about her possible whereabouts to call Detective Keown at 707-257-9592 or Drew Wright at 707-225-4193.

The Facebook page "Find Crystal Lea McCarthy" further described her as 37 years old — but looks younger — and 155 pounds with reddish-orange hair and green/hazel eyes. She has been missing since Dec. 13, according to the Facebook page.

The Facebook group planned to meet at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22, in the parking lot of the Century Napa Valley movie theater, 195 Gasser Drive in Napa, then head out around noon to search for McCarthy.
