June is Elder and Vulnerable Adult Abuse Awareness month. There are more than 150,000 reported cases of elder and vulnerable adult abuse in California each year.
It’s important to spot the warning signs and to follow steps to prevent abuse, such as building a support system of friends and neighbors.
