Mads Tolling, internationally renowned violinist and composer, is a two-time Grammy Award-Winner. As a former nine year member of both Turtle Island Quartet and bassist Stanley Clarke’s band, Mads has spent most his professional life touring internationally. Since 2007 Mads has lead his own group, Mads Tolling Quartet. “The Playmaker” released in the fall of 2009, features Stanley Clarke and jazz greats Russell Ferrante & Stefon Harris. A brand new MTQ album: “Celebrating Jean-Luc Ponty – Live at Yoshi’s” was released in May, 2012. Mads has been featured on NPR’s Morning Edition, and his recordings have received rave reviews in Downbeat Magazine, Strings Magazine, Washington Post & San Francisco Chronicle. He has performed with Chick Corea, Ramsey Lewis, Kenny Barron & Paquito D’Rivera.

Cabaret Great WESLA WHITFIELD is a best-selling Recording Artist on the HighNote Records label, and is known for incomparable interpretations of The Great American Songbook.

She has performed everywhere from New York’s Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, and Lincoln Center to the White House by invitation of Hillary Clinton, and has appeared in concert with such notables as Michael Feinstein, George Burns, and Frankie Laine.

Wesla has appeared twice on Garrison Keillor’s national show, “Prairie Home Companion”, on “All Things Considered” with Robert Siegel, and was featured five times on The Charles Grodin Show, performed on The Regis and Kathie Lee Show, and was the subject of a feature story on ‘CBS Sunday Morning’ with Charles Osgood.

In a detailed three page article of OPRAH MAGAZINE, Wesla was hailed as “a phenomenal woman.”

With awards and accolades that follow her from the likes of The Algonquin Hotel’s Oak Room in New York to Washington D.C.’s Blues Alley, she has been called “The Best Cabaret Singer in the world”.  Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, the city has claimed her as one of its proudest landmarks.
