SR-128 Roadwork At Napa/Sonoma County Line: Traffic Alert

One-way traffic control will be in place in order for Caltrans to repair a section of the highway damaged in the October 2017 wildfires.

NAPA COUNTY— One-way traffic controls will be in effect Thursday and Friday, May 10-11 on state Highway 128 near the Napa/Sonoma county line in order for Caltrans to repair a section of the state route affected by the October 2017 wildfires.

The work will take place between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. between the county line and approximately a half-mile east of the county line, according to Caltrans District 4 Spokesman Vince Jacala.

Flaggers will help direct traffic, he said.

"Crews will alternate lane closures in both northbound and southbound directions," Jacala said. "This will allow one traffic lane on SR-128 to remain open during the work."

Motorists are advised to expect delays and allow for extra travel time.
