SR-29 Onramp From Downtown Napa Closed Nightly: Caltrans
Overnight closures of an onramp to state Route 29/St. Helena Highway started this week, Caltrans advised.

NAPA, CA — Nightly closures of the southbound state Route 29/St. Helena Highway onramp from Lincoln Avenue in downtown Napa started earlier this week and are expected to continue through March 30. The overnight closures — Monday through Friday starting at 11 p.m. each night and lasting until 5 a.m. the next morning — are to accommodate a Caltrans project which entails widening shoulders on the ramp and installing a concrete barrier, according to Caltrans District 4 Spokesman Vince Jacala.
Detour signs will be posted and motorists should expect delays, Jacala said.
The completion date of March 30 is tentative and all work is weather permitting, he said.
