St. Helena City Hall Temporarily Relocated
City departments are operating out of temporary locations because of smoke damage from a recent HVAC system failure.
ST. HELENA, CA — The failure of an HVAC system at St. Helena City Hall continues to affect the city's governmental operations. City Manager Mark Prestwich said Thursday that because of smoke damage from the Dec. 18 HVAC failure, City Hall departments have been temporarily relocated.
The Finance and Planning and Building departments are operating at 1572 Railroad Ave. in the current Public Works building.
Administration, which includes the City Manager and City Clerk offices, are operating at 1500 Main St. in the St. Helena Fire House Training Room, the entrance to which is on Railroad Avenue.
