St. Helena Traffic Advisory: Spring Street Lane Closure
A roadside clearing and wildfire fuel reduction project is slated for June 20-24.

ST. HELENA, CA — The City of St. Helena Public Works Department is scheduled to conduct traffic control Monday through Friday, June 20-24, for wildfire fuel reduction and roadside vegetation management on Spring Street from the 2700 block to the city limits.
The project was identified by the St. Helena Public Works and the Spring Mountain Fire Safe Councils — FSC—as being beneficial in the protection of the neighborhood of Sylvaner Avenue and Spring Street in the event of a fire on Old Sulphur Springs, city officials said in a news release.
The Napa Community Firewise Foundation — fiscal sponsor to the FSCs — will use donated funds that were raised by the Bill Dodd Holiday Party benefit event, for the completion of this project.
