Stories Beyond The Spotlight - Featuring Tony Levin & Dweezil Zappa

New Series Begins at Silo's Napa

What fan hasn’t wondered what their favorite musician really thinks about being on the road? Or, perhaps, wonders how they use their spare time, or what cause is nearest to their heart? On Sunday, January 15th, the new series “Stories Beyond The Spotlight” at Silo’s Napa promises to answer those questions, and more. The series begins with legendary bassist Tony Levin.

Tony Levin: author, lyricist, poet, and legendary bassist for the likes of John Lennon, Peter Gabriel, King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Lou Reed, James Taylor, Peter Frampton, and many more will sit down with moderator Roman Guzman to share four decades of stories from the road and recording studios around the world.

Mr. Levin will, in addition to fielding questions from the audience and performing a song or two, will be reading from his recently published book of poetry, “Fragile as a Song.”

Stories Beyond The Spotlight will continue in February with guest Dweezil Zappa, well known guitarist, composer, and son of Frank.

The intimate room at Silo’s Napa allows the audience to truly be up close and personal - the worst seat in the room is 30 feet from the stage.

Doors open and seating begins at 6:00 pm, allowing guests to enjoy delectable small plates, inspired cocktails, craft beers and Napa Valley wines.
