We have had some fireworks going off in our area for 3 weeks now,- including some very loud and some high flying stuff that obviously is not legal. The No Tolerance declaration is an irritant to those of us who are wakened in the middle of the night with these things blasting us out of a sound sleep. I just don't understand why we have laws that can't be enforced.
