2 Bay Area Powerball Winning Tickets Worth $818,240
The tickets matched the first five numbers but missed the Powerball. A third winning ticket is in Southern California.

Just one Powerball ticket hit the jackpot Wednesday night. The ticket sold in Massachusetts is worth more than $700 million.
But three Powerball tickets purchased in California, two in the Bay Area, will receive very nice runner-up prizes: $818,240. The tickets were bought in Milpitas, Daly City and Newport Beach. The winning numbers are 6, 7, 16, 23 and 26, and the Powerball is 4.
If you're the lucky person or group holding a winning ticket, you have 180 days to claim your prize. Follow these steps, according to the California Lottery: First thing, sign the back of the ticket. Then download a claim form and fill it out. Make a copy of your winning ticket and claim form. Finally, take the ticket and form to a Lottery District Office.
