3 Charged In Auto Burglary Spree

The break-ins happened in Newark, Livermore, and Dublin last August.

NEWARK, CA — Three people have been charged in a series of vehicle burglaries that happened in the cities of Newark, Dublin, and Livermore last August, according to Newark Police.

Zairy Rubio, Justin Sanders, and Antaneka Williams were arrested by Livermore Police following the crimes.

The Alameda County District Attorney’s Office has formally charged each of the defendants with auto burglary and identity theft.

Newark Police praised the other police departments for their collaborative work, and reminded everyone to take their valuables with them — don't leave them in a vehicle where they can be targeted by thieves.
