The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enthusiastic, loves children and has a strong member service background. Job Qualifications: must enjoy working with children and possess swimming skills. The candidate must be responsible and have a professional attitude. Must have prior experience in swim instruction and/or experience working with children. Paid on-site training will be provided. Job Functions: Instruct children, beginning at 4 months and up, teach basic water safety skills, and teach the skills necessary for a student to learn how to swim.
