Video Blog: Education, Sustainability and Digital Technology Expo

Rick Arellano is a Newark resident and professor at Ohlone Community College. In this video blog, he gives an inside look at a free Education, Sustainability and Digital Technology Expo held Nov. 19.

Get Connected Alameda County hosted a free Education, Sustainability and Digital Technology Expo at the Alameda County Office of Education on Saturday, Nov. 19.

According to the Alameda County Office of Education, “the Expo is the first county-wide collaboration between the California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF) and the k-12 education community. Organizers stress the need to tackle what's known as the digital divide from multiple angles — addressing critical gaps in access to technology as well as quality online content and skill building.”
