Chance of Rain Coming to the East Bay

There could be a break in our endless blue skies. The National Weather Service reveals the exact hour when rain should arrive.

The National Weather Service has rain in the forecast for the East Bay.

The rain will arrive after 11 p.m. today and stick around for 12 hours. After 11 a.m. on Wednesday, there will be a chance of showers.

The chance of rain is 50 percent. Don’t expect a significant amount of rainfall accumulation, perhaps a tenth of an inch--the perfect amount for causing a slick morning commute.
