FREMONT, CA - A person reported a suspicious circumstance while driving his work truck in Fremont Wednesday afternoon. At 2:09 p.m. officers met with the victim who said he was driving on Milmont Drive when he heard something hit his vehicle, according to Fremont police. Upon further investigation, the victim discovered a crossbow arrow sticking out of the truck.
