Dog Food Recalled Because of Foreign Objects

Check the lot codes for these CESAR Classics dog food containers. (Breaking)

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) reports that CESAR Classics Filet Mignon Flavor containers of dog food are being recalled because of a choking hazard. The recalled containers may contain hard white pieces of plastic which entered the food during the production process.

Both individual containers and flavor variety multipacks are being recalled.

  • 631GKKC

In addition, they have "A Best Before date" of:

  • 636E14JC

Mars Petcare US says that only CESAR Classics Filet Mignon Flavor is impacted by the recall. All other CESAR products can be safely eaten by your dog.

Return recalled packages to the store where you purchased them for a refund or exchange.

There have been no reports of injury or illness associated with the recalled product.
