The Dumbarton Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) is a proposed new neighborhood that will provide a broad range of new housing, retail and business opportunities in Western Newark. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Specific Plan and to get input from the public on the project. Pizza and soft drinks will be provided.
