Evergreen Community Advisory Panel (ENCAP) Meeting

The Evergreen Newark Community Advisory Panel (ENCAP) has been established to promote open communication between the Evergreen Oil, Inc., Newark Plant and the surrounding community.

ENCAP meetings are held quarterly and open to the public, the next meeting is scheduled Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from 6pm-8pm at the Silliman Center located at 6800 Mowry Ave. Newark, Ca 94560.
