Local multicultural artist Rachel-Anne Palacios will provide an introduction to how and why henna body art is used around the world. She will demonstrate, and give practice sessions with teens. Teens will be informed on how to use henna as a medioum as well as a body painting medium. Each participant takes home their own henna kit, blank hands sheet and sheet of 24 patterns to use.
This is a free program. However registration is required, as space is limited to the first 25 people. You may register in person at the library information desk, or use the contact information below.
