Recommended for all students, this class utilizes basic stretching using Qigong and Tai Chi forms to provide a well-rounded fitness workout that readies the mind, body and spirit for serious Tai Chi/ Qigong learning and practice. This class is led by Master May Chen, the 2010 Tai Chi Master of the Year and President of the Health Qigong USA.
Only $60 for 5 class sessions
