Job Fair - Saturday, June 27, 2015

Child, Family & Community Services, Inc. (CFCS) is a nonprofit organization providing education and family support services to qualified low income families and children with special needs living in Southern Alameda County. CFCS currently serves almost 3,000 families each year throughout the south county.

Head Teacher & Substitute HT:

B.A. Degree in Early Childhood Education and/or related field and a Child Development Master Teacher Permit. Two years experience beyond permit requirements (working with children 2 years 9 months to 5 years of age). Current CPR and First Aid Certification. Spanish bilingual preferred.

Associate Teacher & Substitute AT:

A.A. in Early Childhood Education . Minimum of two years experience. Current CPR and First Aid Certification. Spanish bilingual preferred.

Teacher Assistant & Substitute TA:

Minimum of 12 units in Early Childhood Education/Development. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred. Experience working with young children. Experience working with families from diverse backgrounds a plus.

EHS Teacher & Substitute EHS Teacher:

A.A. in Early Childhood Education and a Child Development Associate credential preferred. Early Head Start positions require six (6) units of classes in infant care and development. Experience in working with young children. Experience with diverse cultures and families. Spanish bilingual preferred.

Family Advocate:

A.A. Degree in Human Services, Public Health, Social Work, or related family support field. Specialized training in working with diverse families. Minimum three (3) years experience working in a family support agency with a focus on families with young children. Experience in counseling and crisis management. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
