Missing Newark Man Found Safe
He was only wearing pajamas and a robe at the time he went missing.
NEWARK, CA — An 88-year-old man who was reported missing Friday in Newark was located later that same day, according to police.
The man, identified only as Joseph, was found in Newark Friday and has since been reunited with his family, a police dispatcher said this morning.
Joseph had vanished sometime Friday in the vicinity of Cedar Boulevard and Breton Drive. His family told police they were concerned because he is unfamiliar with his surroundings and may not know his own name,
according to police.
