A citizen in Fremont located a 62-year-old man from Hayward, who is suffering from dementia and went missing this afternoon, police said. As of around 6:30 p.m., Hayward police Sgt. Ryan Cantrell said Gary Votto had been located unharmed and had returned home. He was last seen at about 1:15 p.m. in the 30600 block of Brae Burn Avenue, police said.
