NEWARK, CA — The "fun" element of block parties and picnics will be missing this year, but the Newark Police Department wants to keep the spirit of National Night Out alive by taking the event online this year.On Tuesday, August 4, police "will provide a Zoom meeting link and members of the police department will join you and your neighbors on the night of NNO.
