Newark Man Arrested With Burglary Tools: Police
Police always say,"When you see something, say something." Someone did.

UNION CITY, CA — A Newark man was arrested last week in Union City by an officer investigating a report of suspects looking into parked vehicles.
On Monday, Nov. 14, around 5:30 a.m., the officer was dispatched to the vicinity of Regents and Union City boulevards.
She found Frank Torrano, 27, at the scene. He was allegedly in possession of a lock picking kit, a shaved key and a collapsible baton.

Torrano was arrested on suspicion of possession of burglary tools, possession of a leaded cane and providing false identification to a police officer.
