NEWARK, CA — Newark Police officers cited three participants in a side show last Friday night, according to a social media posting.
The side show was taking place "near Sun Micro or Haley right now" the caller reported."
"We will not tolerate recklessness in our community," police said. "Thank you and keep the info coming."
