Newark Police Plan "Pokémon with the Police"

NEWARK, CA — While cities in other parts of the country deal with shootings of citizens by police officers, and ambush killings of police officers by criminals, the Newark Police Department is busy planning a "Pokemon with the Police" event. They have this "community" thing down!

"Pokemon with the Police" will be held this Sunday, July 24, at 7:00 p.m.

The Newark Police Department will be activating nonstop “Lure Modules” at the police station. There will be two “Pokéstops” right next to each other on the corner of Newark Blvd. and Civic Terrace Ave.

With lots of police officers on hand, this will be a safe spot for fun.
