Newark Teen on Electric Motorcycle Injured in Crash
The girl was transported to a trauma center.
NEWARK CA: A 14-year-old girl was struck by a vehicle while riding an electric motorcycle in Newark Monday afternoon, according to police. Officers were dispatched to an injury collision in the 8200 block of Peachtree Avenue at 4:42 p.m. Monday.
The teen and her 12-year-old brother were riding an electric motorcycle when they crossed into the path of an oncoming vehicle. The girl was transported to a trauma center. Further details about her condition were not immediately available.
