Update: Newark Power Outage Over
All of the power has been restored, according to PG&E.

NEWARK, CA — PG&E says that power has been restored in Newark, some three hours after the outage was first reported.
Initially, 1131 customers were without electricity when the outage started at 2:55 p.m. All customers were back online by 5:54 p.m.
The area affected was from Newark Boulevard to the Bay, and just south of Kaiser Drive to just north of Mayhews Landing Road. The outage area is not rectangular, so not all areas on the east side of the outage area were affected.
