NEWARK, CA — A 72-year-old man who suffers from dementia was reported missing out of a Newark care home today, according to police.
Newark police received a call at 12:44 p.m. from an employee of the care home who reported that a client never returned from his morning walk at 10:30 a.m.
Officers determined that Ceroy Anderson, who police said suffers from dementia but does know his name, was last seen at a location he normally visits at about 11:30 a.m.

Police described Anderson as a man with black hair and brown eyes who weighs around 180 pounds and stands at 5 feet 8 inches tall.
