Suspect Sought for Indecent Exposure Around Female Teens
The suspect was allegedly masturbating in the weight room while watching the teenagers in the swimming pool.
A male suspect is being sought for indecent exposure around female teenagers Tuesday evening at an apartment complex in Fremont, according to police. The first report of the incident came in at 5:39 p.m. at the Casa Arroyo Apartments at 405 Rancho Arroyo Parkway.
Police said an Asian man about 20 to 30 years old and about 5 feet 5 inches tall with a medium build was allegedly masturbating in the weight room while watching the teenagers in the swimming pool. The man was gone when officers arrived, police said.
