Update: Tri-City Woman With Mental Disability Reported Missing
She was seen getting into a black car Sunday morning.

Update: Police report that the missing woman is safely back with her family. There is no immediate information on the circumstances of her return.
UNION CITY, CA — Police are seeking a 54-year-old woman who has been missing since she was last seen getting into a car Sunday morning in Union City.
Theresa Jackson was last seen around 10:45 near the intersection of Mission Boulevard and Decoto Road, according to police.

Jackson was seen willingly getting into a black vehicle being driven by a man. Her family however told officers they did not know who would have picked her up, police said.
She's described as a black woman, 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing between 150 and 175 pounds, according to police. Police believe she is at-risk because she suffers from a mental disability.
