Union City police are asking for the public's help in locating an at-risk man missing since Thursday. Police said 18-year-old Jon Rueda'alam was last seen at the Union City City Hall parking lot around 10 a.m. Thursday. Police said Ruada'alam suffers from Down syndrome and is considered an at-risk person. Rueda'alam is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing tan colored pants and an unknown colored shirt. Police said Rueda'alam does not communicate verbally and is unfamiliar with use of public transportation.
