3 Men, 1 Boy Arrested In Newport Beach Pier Shooting
Three Riverside County men and one minor were arrested after an argument on the pier escalated to a shooting, police say.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Three Riverside men and a boy were arrested Sunday night after an argument and physical altercation escalated into a shooting that left a man injured near the Newport Beach Pier, The Orange County Register reported.
The shooting was reported at West Oceanfront and 23rd Street at about 7:40 p.m. and found a man who had been shot in the foot, the report said.
The suspect's vehicle was pulled over in Costa Mesa later that night, the report said.

The three adult suspects are all 18-years-old, according to the report. One was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, another on suspicion of conspiracy and carrying a loaded firearm and a third on suspicion of conspiracy.
