NEWPORT BEACH, CA — A very-special addition is making its way onto Levain Bakery Fashion Island's menu, but only for a limited time.
The limited-edition Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Chip Cookie returns to the Fashion Island bakery starting Friday, Oct. 2 through Sunday, Oct. 4.
The cookie is a blend of creamy and crunchy peanut butter packed with rich dark chocolate chips, and like most Levain cookies, weighs around six ounces.
The bakery will also showcase its Peanut Butter Cookie Milk Latte for a limited run.
According to the bakery, steps involved in crafting this cookie-latte include steeping it overnight in oat milk and blending in creamy peanut butter.
The cookie milk is then joined by an espresso shot and finished with chocolate cold foam and peanut butter cookie crumbs.
Levain Bakery is open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. at 315 Newport Center Drive, within Fashion Island.
