The menus will always vary to ensure no redundancy, but to get an idea of what one might expect, the initial menus will include such starters as veal and porcini mushroom Bandolini pasta, grilled quail and duck confit risotto. The initial entrée items include roasted maple leaf duck breast, pistachio lobster thermidor, 10 oz tomahawk Duroc pork chop and veal osso bucco. Desserts like lemon mousse cake, trio of sorbets, crème brulee and chocolate decadence will top off the meals.
The tasting menu will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis as there will only be a limited supply. To make a reservation, call (949) 752-5222.
