Burglars Crash Cars Through Louis Vuitton Storefront At Fashion Island
The suspects made off with roughly $100,000 worth of high-end handbags, Newport Beach authorities said.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Two suspects were arrested and two suspects remain at large after they crashed vehicles into Fashion Island mall in Newport Beach and stole high-end merchandise Monday, the Orange County Register reported.
Newport Beach police officers were called to the mall at around 3:45 p.m. Monday by Fashion Island security guards. Security told police that a vehicle was driven into the Louis Vuitton store and at least two suspects stole merchandise from the store.
When police arrived, they found two different vehicles had driven into the Louis Vuitton store in Neiman Marcus at the mall. The suspects made off in a third vehicle with roughly $100,000 in high-end handbags, authorities told the OC Register.

Authorities were able to detain two suspects who were only identified as being a man and woman from Los Angeles.
