BMF CdM 2026: A Spanish Salón · Guitar and Strings Chamber Music

The 46th Baroque Music Festival, Corona del Mar, “Bright Cecilia: The Power of Harmony” continues back at St. Mark's in Newport Beach. Friday’s chamber music night this year is centered around music by an 18th-century Italian cellist and composer who made his life in Madrid and was inspired by colorful Spanish traditions. Luigi Boccherini’s “Fandango” and E Minor Quintets for guitar and strings are partnered with Manuel Canales’s D-Major String Quartet and Catalan composer Fernando Sor’s “Introduction and Variations on Gentil Housard” for solo guitar.

Festival Subscription: $350, includes premium, reservable, concert seating for all five concerts and a private catered dinner after the Festival Finale on June 28.

Single Tickets: $55

A $5 processing fee is applied to all advance-purchase ticket orders. Concerts are popular and often sell out, so advanced purchase is advised.

Thanks to our partners, NMUSD students and Santiago Canyon College students (ages 12-29) may bring an adult for the same $10 rush price - proof of enrollment required).
