Closed for the Holidays

Have some business to do with the city? Need to check out something from the library?

If you want to get it done before 2011, you better do it today.

Starting Friday, City Hall will be closed until Jan. 3. The city's libraries also will be closed for the holiday break. Facilities run by the city recreation and senior services department, such as the Oasis Senior Center, will be closed as well.

Staff from the city's utilities division will be on-call. There will be no street sweeping on Friday. Trash, however, will be picked up according to schedule this week and next.

and fire services will continue as usual throughout the holiday break.
