Bacon makes most anything better, and
on Thursday, July 19 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Savory Spice Shop will be hosting a
class devoted to this delicious, craveable food. Bacon Aficionado Jeff Venier
will show attendees how to cure three varieties of bacon as well as create
aiolis and sides to compliment everything shown during the class. Attendance for
this class is $30 per person and includes generous tastes of everything created
during the class as well as recipes to take home. Attendees may bring their own
beverages, guests are encouraged to register early as space for this class is
limited. Reservations can be made by calling (949) 717-7776.
