Celebrate Nowruz, the festival of world renewal, at the Samueli Theater at Segerstrom Center for the Arts. The event features a special "Haft-Sin" display, an important tradition of Nowruz; "saaz and dohol" musicians; traditional Persian dancers; a children program including arts and crafts, egg coloring, "Haft-Sin" coloring book and more.
A premiere screening of Niloufar Talebi's film The Persian Rite of Spring, will also be shown.
