- Chef Bill Bracken has created a festive four-course Christmas Eve Prix-Fixe Menu with starters such as Roasted Celery Root and Potato Soup with Smoked Shrimp; entrée options as Sautéed Striped Bass with Roasted Beets and Butternut Squash; or Bone Marrow Crusted Filet of Beef with Cheesy Mushroom Risotto; and a sweet finale such as Spiced Chocolate Terrine with Bourbon Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce.
