How often do you get to do something that's good for your health and well being, helps build your local community and helps makes the world a better place?! Well, here is your chance!
Join us on Thursday evenings at the beautiful Core et Barre Studio in Fashion Island (Newport Beach) for a donation based mellow flow practice to benefit charity. Meet other yogis and start to build a wonderful yoga community in Newport Beach all while helping those less fortunate than ourselves. Each practice will be 60 minutes and is suitable for all yoga levels (modifications will be shown to accommodate beginner to advanced students).
Core et Barre has graciously donated their studio FREE OF CHARGE to allow this charity flow to take place and the studio is beautiful! It's equipped with a beautiful locker room, including showers (with towels supplied), fresh fruit and lemon/cucumber water, a beautiful boutique and friendly knowledgeable staff to answer any questions you may have. Proceeds from the event will benefit two charities:

The One Foundation is One's charitable arm that distributes all the money we earn from One products and your donations.
We’re a registered charity, working with communities in Africa to address some of the most pressing humanitarian issues of the day, including clean drinking water, HIV, nutrition and sanitation.
We aim to focus our efforts where it’s needed most, funding like-for-like projects through the sale of One products and services.
Please note that the suggested donation for this practice is $5-$15 (a regular drop in class here would cost you $22 so this class is a deal and is lead by the same instructor that teaches their $22 class); however, the amount you give is totally up to you and is done via an anonymous donation box.
