On New Year’s Day, Chef Mark creates a California Classic cuisine traditional breakfast buffet available from 7 to 12 p.m. A special brunch menu with a variety of options is available from noon to 4 p.m. The regular dinner menu is available from 5 to 10 p.m. At the pool, the regular menu is available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
