Pelican Grill’s talented Chef creates a California grill four-course prix fixe menu with a choice of dishes available from 5 to 10 p.m. Dancing and entertainment by a five-piece band and singer is offered from 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. A balloon drop will mark the New Year at midnight in the lounge, with a complimentary glass of Prosecco for each guest!
