Men’s Boxing Classes in Newport Beach with Coach Al Frano

Coach Al Franco Boxing

Coach Al Franco Boxing offers private boxing lessons and small men's boxing classes in Newport Beach and surrounding cities. Training is led by Coach Al Franco, founder of Warzone Boxing Club and one of the most prominent names in the boxing community. He brings nearly 30 years of experience working with the law enforcement community and developing beginners, and everyday men, women and kids, He has developed 19 National, International and World Amateur Champion as well as 3 professional champion fighters, as well as private clients. This is real boxing training built around proper fundamentals: footwork, defense, mitt work, bag work, conditioning, and controlled progression. The goal is to teach clients how to box correctly, move with confidence, and train like fighters, even if they don't plan to compete. Small-group men's beginner boxing classes are held Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6:00 AM at The Boxing Lab in Newport Beach. The program is open to women as well, with the understanding that this isn't a fitness workout: you'll train as if you were preparing to compete. Coach Al will also be offering an advanced class soon for those who want to take their training to the next level, with a path into a competition program for those who choose to pursue it. Private boxing lessons are available by appointment for clients who want one-on-one coaching, technical development, or a more customized training schedule. Sessions can be held at your home or at The Boxing Lab, with availability starting as early as 3:00 AM. Coach Al Franco Boxing is a separate coaching program operating out of The Boxing Lab facility.
