Father, Daughter Accused Of Killing Newport Beach Man Arrested
The 46-year-old man was robbed shortly before he was fatally stabbed by the duo, police said.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Two people were arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 46-year-old man in Newport Beach, police said Wednesday.
Randolph Aguirre and Desirre Aguirre were arrested at around 5 p.m. Tuesday in Brea, where they both live, Newport Beach Police Department Sgt. Steve Oberon said.
Authorities arrived to the intersection of 34th Street and Seashore Drive at around 1:35 a.m. Saturday to a report about a man on the ground severely injured from a stab wound, he said.

Robert A. Tamaccio, of Newport Beach, was taken to a nearby hospital by emergency paramedics. He later died at the hospital due to his injuries from the stabbing, police said.
Oberon told The Orange County Register that Tamaccio was robbed by the pair shortly before he was fatally stabbed.

He also told the newspaper that the two suspects were father and daughter. Randolph Aguirre was arrested on suspicion of homicide, robbery, and parole violation. Desirre Aguirre was arrested on suspicion of robbery, Oberon said.
