Fun For All Ages At National Night Out In Newport Beach: Save The Date
This year's National Night Out will feature demonstrations from the Orange County fire and sheriff's departments, free food and more.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — The City of Newport Beach's National Night Out is approaching, and residents were urged to save the date for Tuesday, Aug. 1 as the free public safety event gears up to take place.
Residents who attend the event will enjoy free safety demonstrations held by the Newport Beach Police Department's K-9 Officers, SWAT team, CSI, Animal Control, Horse Mounted Unit, and more. The demonstrations designed to give residents an understanding of what the departments do on a daily basis, according to the city.
Residents will also have a chance to meet-and-greet several safety personnel at the event.

The event will also feature fun activities for all ages including arts and crafts, games and prizes, interactive booths, and NBPD displays.
The City of Newport Beach's National Night Out takes place Tuesday, Aug. 1 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Bonita Canyon Sports Park, 1990 Ford Rd.
