Get Free 'Elf' Gift After Giving Blood At Drive Near Newport Beach
The American Red Cross is rewarding those who give critically needed blood with a free "Elf" gift to celebrate the movie's 20th anniversary.
NEWPORT BEACH, CA — The season of giving is nearly upon us, and the American Red Cross is urging Orange County residents to be generous with the gift of life-saving blood.
"Donations made now will help stock hospital shelves with life-saving blood products throughout the holiday season," Red Cross Representative Dana Simmons said.
As a thank-you, residents who give blood from Nov. 10 through Nov. 30 will receive an exclusive pair of "Elf" + Red Cross socks, while supplies last.

Those ready to help can schedule an appointment now by using the Red Cross Blood Donor App, visiting RedCrossBlood.org or calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).
