"Our goal is to bring top brand comedy to Orange County — comedy they haven't seen before," Buscemi told Patch. "They've seen some comedy before, but not on this level. Comedy is an art form, just like how people look at paintings and see different things. The Twisted Grin is all about branding high end quality comedians, and our end goal is selling blocks of shows to the networks."

Four notable comedians plan to take the stage at Thursday's comedy night, including Scott Wood, Luz Pazos, Gayla Johnson and Andy Kern.

Previously, The Twisted Grin hosted comedian Adam Hunter at the club's first comedy night of the year back in January and has been a comedian for the past 20 years. Aside from Orange County, Hunter has also performed his comedy act at venues in China, Japan and Africa — among other places.
While Hunter told Patch that he will not be returning to The Twisted Grin for the St. Patrick's Day Comedy night, he is looking forward to participating in future Twisted Grin events.
"The last show I did [with The Twisted Grin] was awesome. The venue was packed, great vibes, great times and a fun and vibrant audience," Hunter told Patch. "I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad show in Orange County.
